With the news dominated by Coronavirus, we wanted to let our customers know that we are implementing enhanced protocols. We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization, Public Health England and the NHS regarding the spread of the virus.
We have made the decision to temporarily close our physical office.
All our teams will be working from home, and within the office, however, we have now stopped face to face contact and have stopped walk in enquiries.
Apart from this, there will be no change in the support or service we are offering to all our clients and customers. We remain fully committed to delivering expert service for each and every client.
You can contact us on: 01202 789699.
Properties For Sale and Property To Rent
We are still conducting property viewings. Our staff have gloves and masks. All staff will wash their hands before and after an appointment.
Vacant Properties – Our staff will open the property and wait outside. All internal doors will be open and we would kindly request, not to touch anything. You will be instructed to keep your hands in your pockets throughout viewing the property.
Vacant with furniture – Our staff will open the property and stay in the hallway or at least maintaining a 2 metre distance. You will asked to keep your hands in your pockets throughout the viewing.
Occupied – We will ask the occupier to open all internal doors and leave the property, if possible. If not, we will ask them to stay in the garden or balcony. If this is not possible, we will ask them to wait in one room and try to keep 2 meters away throughout the property viewing. We and the prospective viewers will not touch anything.
Repairs / Maintenance & Tenancy Renewals
There will be some disruption and we may consider restricting non-essential services. Please email: [email protected].
Right now, we believe it’s more important than ever to provide you peace of mind and adapting the way of working to ensure the safety of my team, their families and for the safety of your families and friends. This outbreak won’t last long, (we hope), and the situation is fluid and changing daily. We will be regularly reviewing the position.
Our business will continue as normally as possible, in these unprecedented times, and I would like to thank you in advance for your continued support.
With best wishes, James Scollard, Senior Partner CLIFFTONS.
