Our bespoke service is best suited for Investors, who value their time, looking to mitigate the risk, combining a planned disposal of the asset.
The tenant treat the property like its their own, dealing with all maintenance, with a pre-agreed sale price and a term of between 3yrs – 20yrs. A complete hands off approach once set up.
Rent guaranteed – no matter whether the property is empty or not. No Voids, Rent on time, no excuses, no minor Maintenance (excludes structural issues & boiler), we also cover all Legal & Court Costs, if needed. Giving you Complete Peace of Mind.

Our first class ‘HIGH TIDE SERVICE’ is designed for Landlords who have spare time and have a thorough understanding of the legislation and processes with an active hands-on approach.
To remain fully compliant, keeping the Tenant safe, with ongoing legal requirements, tenancy information and ongoing legislation.
We will undertake full comprehensive marketing, viewings & introduction.
Fixed Fee: £495+vat (£594 Incl. vat).
House of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) min.fee £200+vat (£240 incl vat) per room
Optional Fees – High Tide Service Only
Optional Referencing: Credit Check, Right to Rent Check – £35+vat (£42) per person
Previous Landlords Reference, Employment Reference – £50+vat (£60) per person.
