Boscombe … A vibrant suburb of Bournemouth and popular seaside resort

Boscombe is very diverse when it comes to property. Boscombe Manor has very large detached houses and is one of the most sought after areas in Bournemouth. Boscombe Spa (close to the beach), with new contemporary developments attracting lots of young professionals and Boscombe Crescent / Walpole road area which is classed as less desirable. Boscombe East which is a completely different area and not in Boscombe at all, is just pass Pokesdown on the way to Iford.

In the vibrant high street is the Boscombe Sovereign Centre with forty two shops and cafes and has a vintage market on the first Saturday of every month. Boscombe Chine, voted best large park in the south, my nephew plays basketball and football here. This leads to Sandy beaches and Boscombe Pier, built 1889. To the east of Boscombe is Pokesdown railway station and on the beach, Bournemouth Land train taking you into Bournemouth.

Boscombe Chine is popular with families and a relaxing area to stroll down to Boscombe pier.
