One Year Anniversary

One Year On
CLIFFTONS Estate & Letting agents have been celebrating their first year anniversary opening in Bournemouth town centre. James Scollard, Director of Clifftons comments “The response has been fantastic and the majority of our leads now come from recommendations. We have also proved very successful in the upper end of the market attracting many buyers from London and the home counties.”
The office opened at 227a-229 Old Christchurch Road with James, having over ten years experience and his sister Louise. The office now has six staff and Clifftons have firmly established themselves as a leading agent in Bournemouth.
We asked James what to expect for the forth coming year, “We are organizing ourselves for the much talked about Home Information packs. We have developed a system that allows local solicitors and ourselves to work closely together to provide a free Home Information Pack subject to conditions and a no sale – no fee pack. The government dropped the survey from the pack this year, and rightly so, I can’t see the point in paying for a survey and then not being able to find a buyer, it would be a complete waste of money. We will introduce voluntary Home Information Packs from December this year before they become compulsory in June 2006.”
