James started his career in 1995 in Bournemouth working for a corporate agency before moving to St Johns Wood in Central London managing an agency for over four years, traveling the world and moving back to Bournemouth. James is married with a daughter and enjoys sailing, rugby, cycling and travelling. Jason Skinner joined the firm as a partner at the end of 2007, opening the Winton office after previously working together with James. Jason started his career in Bournemouth in 1995 and has worked continuously throughout the Bournemouth & Poole area. Jason is married with two sons and enjoys football, golf and family outings. In 2010, James Scollard franchised the business to an individual outside of the company who opened in Westbourne, unfortunately, this failed before it began. There is a common misconception a franchise can be opened and the business comes pouring in. To run any business takes dedication, trust, hard work, honesty and a high standard of professionalism. In 2011, David Stewart who has been an integral part of the team in Bournemouth, a member of ARLA and gained The Technical Award, NFOPP Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management, whilst at CLIFFTONS. David has over five years of experience within the industry has opened in Parkstone in Poole. This has satisfied a demand from our clients to cover the Poole area and a wider coverage for CLIFFTONS.
